Snapper manufacture a range of power tools for the Garden from Sit on mowers to Leaf Blowers.
Founded in 1894 as Southern Saw Works it was acquired by William Raymond Smith in the 1940s, who made the "Snappin' Turtle," lawnmower. The company was bought by Briggs & Stratton in 2004.
In 1951 Snapper built the first self-propelled rotary lawn mower.
